Good day and welcome to How to Get Rid of Tonsil Stones For Good.

Yes you read that right… for good. I went through years of bad breath and irritation caused by my tonsil stones before finally finding out how to treat the problem permanently and naturally.

How did I Cure My Tonsil Stones? Let me tell you how.

My Life With Tonsil Stones

I remember being about 14 or so when I had my first experience with tonsil stones.

I could feel this irritation at the top of my throat… like there was something stuck in there, but I couldn’t cough it up for the life of me. After like 3 days of having this irritation in my throat the damn thing popped out somehow.

I was disgusted and horrified by this little white chunk that came out of my throat… what the hell was it?! I smelled it, and oh my lord… it actually smelled like shit. If you have tonsil stones you know what I’m talking about.

Anyway, I figured that was the end of that little problem and forgot about it.

Well how wrong I was. Every so often for the next few years I would get the same thing. The irritation in the throat, the annoyance of trying to get it out and failing, and then the disgust when it finally came out.

What followed were years of bad breath and numerous embarrassing moments.

Throughout high school I would get constantly told by friends that my breath reeked. A little embarrassing with other people around, especially girls. Thing is I would brush my teeth regularly, clean my tongue… the whole bit.

It finally dawned on me that it was these little stinky chunks in my mouth which were causing the problem. Unfortunately the brushing and cleaning did nothing to stop the horribly foul odor they caused.

I even avoided getting a girlfriend all throughout my teens as I was horrified of what would happen during my first kiss.

How gross would she think my breath was? Would she even kiss me? What if a tonsil stone popped out in the middle of kissing into her mouth? Blegh!

I finally decided to put an end to the frustration and embarrassment this was causing me and went on a search.

Looking for a Cure

I Googled “white chunks in throat” and discovered that my problem had a name… tonsil stones! Next up… find a cure.

The first method I came across was simply trying to poke them out with a q-tip, as seen in this video:

Ok, so this worked some of the time, however it was time consuming and frustrating. Most of the time I could feel the tonsil stone, but I couldn’t actually see it or find it to remove it!

Moreover I didn’t want to spend the time checking my mouth every morning for tonsil stones… I just wanted them to be gone! However, give this method a try if you like as it may work better for you than it did for me.

The only other decent option I found was to basically gargle with Listerine. This would help with the bad breath a little, and would occasionally pop a stone out, but it was far from great.

Oh… well I did actually find one other permanent solution… and that is to get your tonsils removed permanently.

I seriously considered this, however 1) it costs a significant amount of money, and 2) the tonsils are part of the immune system, and I didn’t want to compromise my health by removing them.

Oh and 3) I didn’t exactly want to have my throat cut open. So that option was out.

Tonsil Stones Cure

After months of frustration I essentially gave up when I stumbled across a solution called Banish Tonsil Stones. I was dubious, but out of options, so I thought what the hell.

Well amazingly, about a month after implementing a few interesting techniques, I was tonsil stone free! Yup… no more *&^*&^$#@ irritation in my throat… no more bad breath… no more annoyance. Thank you lord.

Now yes like I said this method did take a month to take full effect, however that’s a lot better than never!

If you’re desperate to get rid of your stones immediately, I suggest you try the q-tip method while employing the techniques listed in Banish Tonsil stones. Soon enough you won’t need the q-tip at all :).

Tonsillolith Treatment Tips

10.30

If you’re looking for tonsil stones treatment then you’ve come to the right place.

I got rid of my tonsil stones permanently (yes I haven’t had one for about a year now) using Banish Tonsil Stones.

It’s a nifty little guide to treatment which really attacks tonsil stones at the root so they never come back.

Anyway, if you’re just looking for a few quick tips on how to treat tonsil stones, let me help you out.

Tonsil Stones Treatment Method #1 – Tonsil Stones Removal

If you want a sure-fire way to get rid of your tonsil stones, removing them is a good option.

The problems with tonsil stones removal however is that it can take a long time, and the tonsil stones can sometimes be very hard to actually find and remove.

When I was doing this I was using a q-tip, like in this video:

Tonsil Stones Treatment Method #2 – Oral Hygiene

This method isn’t really a treatment at all, however it can help mask the bad breath caused by tonsil stones.

Ensure you always brush your teeth in the morning before you go out, and be sure to also brush your tongue.

Give your tongue a really good brushing… it will remove the white “goo”, which is much more of a cause of bad breath than unclean teeth.

Also try to drink lots of water. If you’re hydrated then your mouth won’t be as try, and a dry mouth causes bad breath.

Tonsil Stones Treatment Method #3 – Tonsil Surgery

Getting your tonsils removed is no doubt a cure for tonsil stones, however it’s expensive, painful and risky. I nearly tried this before finding Banish Tonsil Stones… thank god I didn’t.

Anyway I’m just putting this out there as it is an option.

What are Tonsil Stones and What Causes Them

So what exactly are tonsil stones, what causes them and How Do We Cure Them?

Let’s discuss.

What Are Tonsil Stones?

A tonsil stone (also known as a tonsillolith) is material which builds up and hardens within a “pocket” in the tonsils.

The hardening happens through calcification, where calcium builds up within a material causing it to harden.

Contrary to what many believe, this material isn’t old food. It’s actually a combination of a few different minerals, namely phosphorus, magnesium and of course calcium. Also compacted in there is bacteria, mucus and dead cells.

Now it’s not hard to understand why these things cause such horrid breath… I wouldn’t expect hardened bacteria and mucus festering inside a mouth for a week to smell too great.

I’m not kidding when I say that my tonsil stones actually smelled like shit… it absolutely disgusted me. What I don’t know is why I insisted on smelling them every time I got one out! Thank god I don’t have to deal with that anymore.

Why Do Some of Us Get Tonsil Stones?

So why do some people get tonsil stones while others don’t?

It’s believed that those who get tonsil stones are also prone to having swollen tonsils or tonsil infections.

It rings familiar with me, as I often get sore throats.

Some of us however may just have gotten the short end of the stick and happen to have bigger “pockets” in our tonsils. What we eat also plays a role in tonsil stone formation and getting rid of tonsil stones.

If you’re looking for immediate relief of your tonsil stones I suggest you simply try to remove them with a q-tip (see video above).

Problem is, this isn’t attacking tonsil stones at its root cause. Sure you can pick out your tonsil stones to your heart’s content, but they’re just gonna keep coming back!

Honestly, I also found the procedure a little annoying. I would want to keep my breath fresh throughout the day, so I would have to go through a daily routine of trying to pry out my tonsil stones.

It would often take me 15 minutes to get one out, if I even got it.

I would usually have trouble trying to poke them out. I could feel them inside, but I couldn’t see them. I would also often gag from sticking the q-tip down my throat.

Getting Rid of Tonsil Stones For Good

Luckily I did discover and remedy the root cause of my problem with Banish Tonsil stones. It provided all sorts of info on what exactly I could do to rid myself of the blasted smelly things.

And well a few weeks after trying out the product I was completely tonsil stone free (and have been ever since).
